Mermen at Slim's, Jan. 5, 2002

This is a posting referencing Archive.Org's Live Music Archive, the LlaMA.  This one is a Mermen show that was recorded in their hometown with some extremely high-quality condenser mics placed on-stage.  The Mermen are a psychedelic surf trio from San Francisco.  This group is the brainchild of one Jim Thomas, a guitar genius.  If you would like to preview this, please follow this link.  It's in the same tradition as Dick Dale, but then goes off the rails from there.  The Mermen
